Some CF has left their car parked over my drive!

And we are supposed to be heading out to a new years party right now.
A neighbour of ours is having a gathering and I definitely think it belongs to one of their guests.
WIBU to nip round and see if they will move it so we can go out?

My friend lives by wembley stadium. On countless occasions people have parked actually on her drive and gone off to a concert!!!

The police won't come out, they wouldn't when we were blocked in just after I got my first car in the early 1990s.

I say you escalate this to the next level and start letting the air out of tyres. Visit neighbours houses and say your about to disable the car, see how long it takes someone to own up. This is new year and there is no time to be subtle about it. Go for broke.

Ok I’ll pretend I didn’t see Maui...

For anyone else who’s interested, Phone police with registration number, they can trace the owner with this as they did for me in a similar situation. In my case, owner contacted, car moved.

Don’t forget to leave a nice feedback comment on the Police website so they can commend the person who dealt with it.

Update. DH has been down to the car and knows it as NDNs daughter. He could see her disabled badge on the dashboard. He's going to nip round shortly and ask her to move it but she has form for being very difficult as it's her "right to park wherever she wants" when displaying the badge.

As said above phone the police on 101 and they will contact the owner to move it. I had to do this on a few occasions when the CF owner denied it was his car. Hmm

She can’t park over your driveway! Assume it’s dropped curb? Is it the neighbour having the party or a different neighbour

I'm sure there are even limitations for where a blue badge can park and that will include blocking access to a public highway. Get angry.

I have a disabled badge and we do not have the right to park wherever we want, especially blocking people into their own driveways!

Tell her you are quite happy to get the police out to clarify of she insists on being an awkward sod!
