Some CF has left their car parked over my drive!

And we are supposed to be heading out to a new years party right now.
A neighbour of ours is having a gathering and I definitely think it belongs to one of their guests.
WIBU to nip round and see if they will move it so we can go out?

My daughter has a blue badge ...but there are still strict guidelines on where you can park and across someone's drive is NOT permit able so snap a close up of her blue badge along with her reg plate and kindly tell her if she doesn't move her car you will report to the borough who issued her badge Shock what a cheek she has and is certainly not a reflection of the majority of genuine blue badge holders.

dont you have a law that states you can not block a drive way? i would be reporting her and the blue badge i would have thought only gives you access to the car parks marked for a blue badge holder only ( not saying you cant use regular parks if you wanted), no other privileges? its not a park where you like free for all! i would report her each and every time, entitled bitch
