Some CF has left their car parked over my drive!

And we are supposed to be heading out to a new years party right now.
A neighbour of ours is having a gathering and I definitely think it belongs to one of their guests.
WIBU to nip round and see if they will move it so we can go out?

Not read the whole thread, If you do have a dropped kerb it is illegal for Miss Disabled to park over your drive if your car is parked on your drive (as this will cause obstruction)
