To wonder how Ive gone this long without having an electric blanket.

Got it for xmas and its the best thing ever, although I never want to leave my bed again. Grin
Minus 10 outside currently but Im so cosy.

I suffer from lots of aches and pains and this is easing them so much.

Sage coffee grinder (I already have aeropress and milk frother). It's so good, I even don't mind that it's branded by Heston Blumenthal.
Every cup of coffee tastes fresh. And it should save me money on coffees out because they taste so much worse than coffee at home, I don't think I'll bother with them any more

iknowimcoming · 10/01/2018 22:25

@CauliflowerBalti - tell me more about the mahabi's please! Are they worth the £££ and can you wash the inner bit of them when they get whiffy in the machine please?

CauliflowerBalti · 10/01/2018 22:31

@iknowimcoming - I initially thought that they weren’t worth the money. Because how on earth can any slipper be worth that much?! But I’ve had them almost a year now and I wear them religiously. They are just ridiculously comfortable. I’ve never had a pair of slippers I’ve actually worn this much. I’ve had slippers, they’ve been on my feet when I remember... I hunt these babies down. Life is better with them.

I had to order a size up - sent the first pair back. Yes, they wash extremely well.

I’ll not wear another slipper again, I don’t think. And they have minimal wear so I am anticipating excellent value for money over the lifetime.

CauliflowerBalti · 10/01/2018 22:32

Oh - I wash on a 30 degree delicate wash.

An electronic scrubber. Like an outsize electric toothbrush for cleaning fiddly bits.

I honestly had the best time cleaning my grout and taps this evening. Best thing was it took about 5m.

iknowimcoming · 10/01/2018 22:56

@CauliflowerBalti - thanks ever so! I have been pondering whether to splurge my Xmas £50 from my il's on them and I think I'm persuaded now Grin
