To try to stick it out for two more days? (Illness related)

I have something very wrong with me. 111 said to get to A&E. I can't really tolerate 4 hours in pain waiting to be seen. I don't want to go to Hospital A, as I was admitted for 5 days and they did nothing to resolve the problem.
I know nothing about Hospital B.
The alternative is trying to wait it out for another 48 hours and seek treatment in my home country.
I'm not an ambulance case (yet) at least.

What would you do? You know A did nothing, so don't know whether they will do anything now even though condition has worsened.
You know absolutely nothing about B.
You don't know exactly how serious condition is and whether trying to wait it out is wise.

What would you do?

Hope you get back ok and make a speedy recovery.

Also praying type, hope journey is incident free and as painless as possible.

Made it home. Have referral from Gp here now and discharge letter from UK hospital. Heading in for 8am tomorrow. My anxiety is totally gone. Happy now knowing family close to visit. Thanks for prayers.

I think I would be in a psychiatric hospital if I hadn't made it home.
