Would you stay in a Trump hotel?

Next year we're going to Las Vegas and are pricing up hotels. The Trump looks amazing, 5 star at a good price, big rooms and looks lovely and posh. It's £500 for 3 nights. In comparison, Caesars Palace which is a 4 star is £1300 for 3 nights.

But it's Trump!! Would you ignore the owner for the sake of a good hotel at a good price?

Of course, 3 million more people voted for Clinton. Even before the Trump's ratings slipped. And even those on MN who say they didn't vote for Clinton keep prefacing their comments with "I don't like Trump".

So if I were one of Trump's "good news bearers" (you know he likes to receive a folder of nice things people have said about him every day?), I wouldn't be relying too much on the election.

Apparently his tantrums are quite something.

Oh ok, so next time i hear someone say they like Jeremy Corbyn I'm going to tear them a new one and point out how stupid they are

A) people already do this

B) just because people dont like Trump it doesnt mean they like Corbyn

And (i know you didnt say this) not likeing Trump doesnt make you a leftist snowflake either

Fekko · 12/12/2017 16:58

Rufustherenegadereindeer1 Shock and ShockShock

Re Corbyn - be my guest.

Sanshin · 12/12/2017 16:58

I used Corbyn as an example. It's absolutely fine not to like Trump andbit doesn't make anyone a snowflake but why the venom directed at someone who admits she quite likes him?

I quite like Theresa May and I know admitting that on here is akin to saying I support the slaughter of puppies and kittens everywhere.

But Trump is in a league of his own on the loathsome scale. And being outside of the US and one step away from the mad media and crazed trump cheerleaders there really is no excuse for not seeing the man for what he is.

What the hell, I'll throw in Farage for good measure too.

And I know that bit about the good news folder sounds incredible, so here's the reference: news.vice.com/story/trump-folder-positive-news-white-house

There's more.

This was his first cabinet meeting:
edition.cnn.com/2017/06/12/politics/donald-trump-cabinet-meeting/index.html
Donald Trump just held the weirdest Cabinet meeting ever
...
At first, I thought Trump was just going to have the new members of the Cabinet spend a few minutes praising him. NOPE! It soon became clear that Trump planned to have every Cabinet member speak. And when I say "speak" what I really mean is "praise Trump for his accomplishments, his foresight, his just being awesome."
You think I am exaggerating. I am not. Here's what White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus said about Trump: "We thank you for the opportunity and blessing to serve your agenda."

ItsNachoCheese · 12/12/2017 17:01

No, no, no and NO!

PerkingFaintly · 12/12/2017 17:02

So, OP, why the personal dilemma for you as to whether to stay at Trump's hotel?

Fair enough san

Ive just seen similar on here before

Say you are not keen on May and that makes you a Corbyn lover...sometimes i think people mean that literally!!!!

Smile
ToffeeUp · 12/12/2017 17:53

There is a big difference between liking Theresa May and admiring Trump for everything he stands for.

I wouldn't stay in his hotel but if you are not bothered by his antics then go ahead.

Sillysausage123 · 12/12/2017 17:55

Rottweiler are you secretly Katie Hopkins?

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 12/12/2017 17:56

I would for that price difference.

CrossFreelancer · 12/12/2017 17:59

So many people are saying no on here. But in reality im sure they would.
I did- it was a lovely hotel Grin

Fekko · 12/12/2017 18:02

I don't think DS could behave himself to be honest. He is the Bigliest Trump detractor.

kmc1111 · 12/12/2017 18:13

Fuck no. Aside from the obvious objections, it's a really shit 'luxury' hotel, as are most Trump branded hotels. It's tacky as hell, totally and completely outdated, and in a poor location.

PinkAvocado · 12/12/2017 18:30

CrossFreelancer-in reality I still wouldn’t stay there!

foxyloxy78 · 12/12/2017 18:48

Hell no

rachelracket · 12/12/2017 22:11

absolutely no no no no NO Angry

samatamfabahaba · 12/12/2017 22:12

I haven't read the thread but I stayed there 4 years ago. It's SO far from the strip it's pointless. Honestly, aside from the fact he's an absolute cunt trumpet, it takes about an hour to get anywhere you wanna be. Not worth it.

WallisofWindsor · 13/12/2017 06:37

Sanshin I am AMERICAN and I find it disgusting for someone to refer to my former President as the anti christ.
You started this dumb thread and you trying to police it!.
Anyone say Obama is anti christ- I say you are scumbag. (and that's being kind).

Sanshin · 13/12/2017 06:42

In reference to your "dumb" reply, I never called anyone an antichrist. Now go away with your hysterics and name calling. This is for grown ups.

There is no real dilemma, it's just a click bait attention seeking thread.

Sanshin · 13/12/2017 07:01

Sorry, if you could send me a list of allowed subjects to post about I'll have a skim through it and make sure I stick to the allowed opinions subjects. Ta!

Sanshin, I believed you wanted genuine opinions until you said you found trump sexy. Not even Melania finds him sexy! Have you looked at her face recently? The truth is behind her eyes. #freeMelania.
