Excellent on nonBrexit.

Meanwhile, Abbas shows the wrong finger to Trump, while rejecting the US as mediator in the Middle East and declaring Jerusalem the capital of Palestine.

For you all. (From last night.)

AcrossthePond55 · 13/12/2017 20:30

Sooooo, Joe Biden was on The View today. He hasn't completely ruled out a run in 2020 if he is approached and there isn't another suitable candidate that has a good chance of beating Scrotus.

Just remember that serving two terms as POTUS does NOT disqualify you from being Vice President.

Biden/Obama 2020?

Never happen, but a girl can dream, can't she?

cozietoesie · 13/12/2017 20:31

He's s decent stalking horse, I give you that. Smile

Sarah Kendzior
@sarahkendzior
Lindsay Graham was once one of Trump's staunchest GOP critics and an advocate of the Russia investigation. My latest on what his sycophantic turn means for the Mueller probe:

Kendzior forgets, I think.

There's little loyalty in politics.

If last night’s election proved anything, it proved that we need to put up GREAT Republican candidates to increase the razor thin margins in both the House and Senate.^

Can't say that I disagree with the basic sentiment, for either party. Just too bad Scrotus didn't feel that way about presidential candidates two years ago!

cozietoesie · 13/12/2017 21:56

He's got to say something. (I doubt he wrote that one, either. Wink)

Minimammoth · 13/12/2017 21:58

Would that be Michelle, across?

cozietoesie · 13/12/2017 22:23

The comparatively low key nature of that tweet shows, I think, just how angry he is. He's got little to hang last night's outcome on however hard he or his people 'think'.

Fox reports Omarosa was ‘physically dragged’ from the WH. Classy!

They might be concerned that she'll TALK. (Trying to paint her as ...............)

cozietoesie · 13/12/2017 23:52

Sorry. Not trying to be cryptic or something. It's just that how they paint her is surrounded by its own bear traps. Wink

lionheart · 13/12/2017 23:59

They certainly like to use and then re-use people.

Could certainly be a code in there cozie. Wink

U.S. Secret Service
@SecretService
Reporting regarding Secret Service personnel physically removing Omarosa Manigault Newman from the @WhiteHouse complex is incorrect.

Replying to @SecretService
The Secret Service was not involved in the termination process of Ms Manigault Newman or the escort off of the complex. Our only involvement in this matter was to deactivate the individual's pass which grants access to the complex.

@CarolLeonnig
Wow. I have never seen the @SecretService step into a news story to deny or confirm its role in a political matter.

Lweji · 14/12/2017 07:12

Oh dear. Trump won't like that speech. Has he forgotten that since Trump came to office the economy is not faltering?
It's winning, winning, winning.

OnTheDarkSideOfTheSpoon · 14/12/2017 08:24

So Moore can’t ask for a recount, even if he pays for it, because it’s bit possible for federal positions and the Secretary of State got it wrong, as per maddow.

MNHQ have more confidential procedures and processes than the SS Shock

Apparently Omarosa attempted to break back into the WH but as entertaining as it is, I suppose it's of little consequence.

It's net neutrality day today, where the decision is made on neutrality

My emphasis

This new Monmouth poll will have Republicans panicking

theweek.com/speedreads/743234/new-monmouth-poll-have-republicans-panicking

A new nationwide Monmouth University poll released Wednesday does not have a lot of good news for Republicans. Perhaps most stunning are the results of a generic 2018 House ballot, where Democrats hold a 15-point edge on the GOP. Overall, 51 percent of registered voters said that if the election was held today, they'd vote or lean toward voting for the Democrat in the race. Just 36 percent of voters said they'd vote or lean toward voting for the Republican.

[...]The numbers out of Monmouth don't appear to be a fluke. Pew also recorded Trump at his lowest approval rating ever last week. Additionally, Suffolk University found that among Fox News watchers, Trump has plummeted from a 90 percent approval rating in January to a mere 58 approval rating in December.

“NIKKI HALEY STUCK A KNIFE IN HIS BACK”: ROGER STONE IS ALREADY WRITING THE STORY OF TRUMP’S DOWNFALL

One of Trump’s closest allies believes the president could be removed from office by disloyal Cabinet members—and he’s writing a book about it.
