I've aparantly had a package 'delivered to a 6ft middle aged fair haired man in my house...' funny that there is no one of that description in my house at all
and my house has 2 numbers, and they said... '2 houses put together' my house doesn't look like 2 houses put together....

fuckers

if the service states 'signed for' and has tracking then surely I should be able to expect my item to be given to someone in my house?

not given to a person who does not match anyone in my house?

@Ohbehave1 you might 'work in logistics and know how it works. I spend about £2-3million a Year on shipping' but if I buy something I whether it has paid for or free delivery I expect it to be... well actually flaming delivered

I’m lucky though to have never had a bad experience with a delivery driver round here so that’s probably why I’m going to say I feel sorry for them. Many of them clearly don’t have enough time to do their jobs and they often look really stressed. The exemption is DPD, we have a lovely guy with a nice shiny van who seems to enjoy his job.

Amazon Logistics marked two parcels as “handed to resident” yesterday. That’s great if they handed them to the dog as nobody else was home.

Asked neighbour and she didn’t have them, started a chat with amazon which went on for half an hour. During the chat a man from four roads away knocked on the door and said “These have been delivered to me. I don’t know why as I live on Road.”

Fuming doesn’t cover it.

I changed a delivery to my work address which they said 'they couldn't identify the address' despite the 20 foot sign outside!
Also, they couldn't gain entry apparently, despite security being manned 24 hours.
It's the first thing I've ordered online for months and sort of reminded me why I usually go to shops, pay and bring the items home with me!!!!!!
