To ask how much you weigh to be a size 16 (5ft 8)

Trying to lose weight yet again. I've a long way to go.
I'm sure I was a size 16 at 15st but that doesn't sound right? I'm 5ft 8/9 with a bug bust.
Doing small, realistic goals, in the hope it work!

5'3 and just under 14st ;-;

I am 12 stone, 5 foot 6 and a size 12. Yet my mum is the same and a size 16. not a stealth boost. Just for context how different people can carry weight.

I'm a 16 in most places and I weigh 15.5 stone. I'm pretty muscly though and was a size 8 at 12.6 stone and size 12 at 14 stone.

I'm a 16 when I'm 13 stone, but I'm shorter (5ft 5).

5ft 7. 11stone and I'd be a 16.

5ft 8 and go between 12st 10 and 13st

And mostly a size 16 sometimes 14 but im busty and hippy so 16 is comfier

I'm 5' 7 and would be a 16 at 13 to 14 stone no more. Above that weight I'd be a bigger size.

at much shorter women still being a 16 at this weight.

I’m 5’6.5 and weighed 14 st 4 to be a 16.

However to get into a 14 I had to get down to 12 st 9.

I wore a pair of size 12 jeans at 11st 4

My ideal weight would be 11.5 but I can easily dip/ gain 7lbs on the scales in the space of a week... so try not to focus too much on numbers ...

My heaviest was 17st7 and I wore a 20 but I should have been wearing a 22...

I'm 5ft 6 and weight about 15 stone as a size 16. My weight all seems to be distributed quite evenly, I have a big arse, hips and boobs but a small waist.

I'm 5'7 and just under 13st and a size 14 occasionally 16 on top but 12 on the bottom.

I have tiny hips and stick thin legs but have a 34H chest and the belly to match. Infuriating finding jeans to fit because what fits my waist is big on my legs and I have no arse to hold them up - they just slip down underneath my belly bulge and sag like I've shat myself 😂😂 an attractive look one might say!

5'6" and 13st 5lbs today. I'm a size 16. A snug 16 unfortunately these days.

I guess it's time to back away from the Harbinson and crisps.

5'8", 14st 10, size 14/16 ish.

The other day I was wearing size 18 trousers (a bit loose), size 14 top and size 16 jacket. Sizing is wackadoodle.

5'6.5" - 15 stone to be a 16.

The differences in build on here for similar heights is quite astounding!

I am 5ft 9. I weigh 13st 4 and I wear a size 14/16 bottom and 12/14 top.
I wear a 32DD/E bra. I have a 31 inch waist and 42 inch hips.

My belly is reasonably toned (I have 5dc) and it is the last place I put weight on. It gives the impression of being slimmer than I am because I am quite curvy (very bottom heavy) with long limbs rather than round. Your shape makes a huge difference to how overweight you appear.

I am definitely overweight and I look much better at a size 12, weighing 11 and a half st. My measurements are then more 29 waist/39 hips.

Others that are 5ft 9. What are your waist/hip measurements? I hear other people say they wear a 26 waist and I swear my waist hasn't been that size since I was 11!

5’7 and just over 12 stone. Am a big 14 / small 16. Always depends on the shop though. I have some size 12 next jeans that fit...

Weight is weird.

I’m 5’5.5” and I weigh dead on 13 stone (I’ve lost about a stone recently). I am a fairly bog standard 14 now. I was tipping into a 16 previously but they’re falling off me now. I have friends who are an inch shorter but weigh 3 stone less than me and still wear a 14.

It’s weird.

At 12st 6 my GP said I was overweight so I've been losing weight, very slowly, and am now stuck at 11st 6lb. There's too much of me round my middle, so I definitely could do with losing more.

I lost weight by walking more, cutting down on sugar, fat and alcohol and eating more fruit and a lot more salads. I love my food especially cheese and am disappointed that I've plateau'd. Could do with losing another half stone.

Is everyone here being truthful? I am 5 feet and 7 inches tall, weigh 15 stones 11 pounds. I wear size 26/28 so nothing looks tight. Are you all vacuum packed into a 16?!!
