I find this whole sorry, sordid mess of Hollywood very uncomfortable at the moment. I can't see how this can be taken further Corey Haim has passed away.
All you seem to be reading about at the moment. Everyone and their aunty is jumping on the bandwagon. I get that there's safety in numbers, but why are they all jumping out of the woodwork now, some of them being 15 years or more after the event. If it had that much of an effect on you, why leave it so long to say something.

Not trying to downplay what anyone has alleged, but obviously the allegations against Charlie Sheen are a lot more than serious, than he tried to kiss me, or touched my knee type of thing....

That's so unlikely. Haven't you seen the interview of MJ being interviewed with a teenage boy where they're holding hands? The boy says on camera that MJ wanted him to share a bed with him but that he didn't want to. He goes on to say hoe MJ explained to him how when you love someone, that's just what you do and it's all fine so he did sleep in the same bed as MJ. I can't remember the name of the boy but it was a video which supposedly triggered one of the court cases.

Kroll also amassed a file on Egan. He was convicted of fraud and his own victims deserve justice (two years is not long given the crimes) but that does not mean his previous allegations should automatically be tarred as a 'shakedown'.
Sadly victims of abuse will not always make what are perceived as 'good' witnesses in court and anything that can be used against them will be.

I don't know if any of this is true but this does happen in paedophile rings sometimes. Children are manipulated into abusing other children and either used as bait or even actively recruit other victims, presumably so they are unable to report their own abuse without being implicated themselves.

I've read that before, but the Savile/children's homes/pedo rings. This type of abuse is about getting off on power rather than the actual rape. So with a group of victims available the groomer insists on a show/them abusing each other. This is sexually exciting for the abuser and make the victim even more ashamed and often believing they too are abusers so assuring their silence.

Stop You do realise that the situation is possible in part because many parents of these dc are happy to pimp their own child out, turn a blind eye or are willfully naive? Other parents protect their dc from this exact threat, as Elijah Wood explains in an interview, his DM protected him.

quim I have seen that clip before and I don't know if it's just the way I construed it, but CF to me looks guilty at the accusations CH was saying. Does anyone else think this? I don't know if you saw the comment from Scaredycat3000 above but that is exactly what I said on the last thread that got pulled. It could be that CF did things (by force) to CH and that's why he was so defensive and angry because the abused was forced to become an abuser. It could also explain why he didn't outwardly name names. There could be video footage of him raping or abusing other children.

They just seem so lost in that clip. I feel so sorry for them.

Yes I was utterly shocked when CH said what he said and I remember in other parts of the show how CF was treating him like shit basically and pretty much laughing at him and flaunting his car and house as CH had no where to live. It was heartbreaking.
