Given that the alleged victim is dead, where can this go? And why has someone else decided it’s their place to make this accusation when Corey Haim is tragically in no position to decide if he wants this made public?
They might still be able to prosecute. There have been successful prosecutions of rapists both in the U.K. and the US, specifically California, in which the victim has been deceased (Cheri Linden in the U.K.).
If Haim left behind accounts of the rape (which I think it's been suggested he did) prospects for a successful prosecution will be quite high).
