I've just remembered that 4 hours ago DS (2) wandered off with a frozen pizza while I was unpacking the shopping. It's out of its box but still in the plastic wrapper. Where the hell is it?!
If you were 2 where would you put a frozen pizza?

Does he have a toy oven? Falling that, under the sofa

Leeds2 · 05/11/2017 21:29

In his bed. Or in the boot of his ride along.

rackelle · 05/11/2017 21:29

If I were 2 I would definitely “post” it somewhere it just about fit! Behind the sofa, between the top of the DVD player and the cabinet etc
It’ll be fine, I’d go to bed! It will be fit for the bin but not rancid tomorrow!

Ameliablue · 05/11/2017 21:29

In a drawer or in a bag.

Starlight2345 · 05/11/2017 21:30

Washing machine . Anything with a slot in it somewhere to post

SpringSnowdrop · 05/11/2017 21:33

That is funny. I’d try the bath?

StandardNameHere · 05/11/2017 21:34

Its gone, accept the loss.
Toddlers have perfected the skill of hiding things, it almost matches the skill my husband has mastered of not seeing mess.
You could give him your keys and follow him to see where he hides them, he may lead you to the missing pizza Grin

EB123 · 05/11/2017 21:34

Out of the letterbox? Mine loved doing that. My toddler likes posting stuff behind the sofa or underneath it too.

Ohdearducks · 05/11/2017 21:38

Check the chairs under your dining table if you have one.
Under the sofa, toy box, under beds, tumblr dryer, washing machine.
Oh and actually inside beds too, I’ve found many a hidden treasure between the sheets courtesy of DD 17 months 🤗

jaseyraex · 05/11/2017 21:38

Definitely check beds, under sofas, in drawers. Failing that, probably in the smallest slot possible somewhere it just about fit! My toddler once stole teabags without me noticing when unpacking shopping. I thought they hadn't been delivered and phoned asda, got refund for missing teabags. Put toddler for his nap in the afternoon and they were in his bloody bed!

TheShortestGiraffe · 05/11/2017 21:52

Having searched thoroughly the entire downstairs of the house, I gave up.
Walking upstairs, I realised that we ate that pizza tonight. Blush

I'm not even particularly sleep deprived.

ItsNachoCheese · 05/11/2017 21:56

Out the letterbox would be my ds's hidey hole of choice or down the back of the radiator

ItsNachoCheese · 05/11/2017 21:57

Grin at your update though haha

whatashower · 05/11/2017 21:58

Top (very short) thread. Thank you for the chuckle OP.

TheShortestGiraffe · 05/11/2017 21:58

Glad to have provided a laugh Smile.
Slightly concerned about my short term memory.

In my house if it's not written on a post it and put on kitchen cupboard it will not happen...

Ellie56 · 05/11/2017 22:01
