To go to bed in the day?

Dh HATES it. He doesn't mind me having a lie down but thinks I should have a blanket on the sofa, not go to bed.

Says it's lazy and snobby?

So I'll ask here ...

I think I’d have benefitted from the old medieval sleep pattern of early to bed, up for a couple of hours in the middle of the night, then back to bed again. I do better with several short, deep sleeps rather than one long one.
