I’ll start.

‘My god girl- You’re pregnant.’

Said by a Dr to a 14 year old me.

‘Just sending this through now-whilst I think about it x’in an email from
The woman I believed to be my best friend to my then husband, on top of a hotel reservation for a weekend where he was ‘out with his friends’ and she was ‘away with her uni friends’.

And the second one
‘Nigel it’s being going on for at least a year and half’, in a message from
Her husband to me.

Year and a half later and I’m still not ok really.

dailyshite · 20/10/2017 19:00

If you're that bothered about it, do something about it. If you aren't going to do anything about it, stop going on about it.

hennipenni · 20/10/2017 19:01

I'm afraid your daughter has had a brain haemorrhage.

CinnamonAndSpice · 20/10/2017 19:01

At NY. Someone said.. Why celebrate. That's a year of your life you'll never get back... Since then hate new years

mossyroundhill · 20/10/2017 19:03

Hope no one minds if I add another.

"Your ma would be so proud of you." Said by my grandma about my nanny. I knew it meant he was proud too. I really hope he still is.

mossyroundhill · 20/10/2017 19:03

'We're going to get him through this'.
Said by the Paediatric Oncologist treating my 18 month old's leukaemia.
He did.

RosieTheQueenOfCorona · 20/10/2017 19:20

You need to come home: she's got 6 months to live.

zaalitje · 20/10/2017 19:20

I'm sorry but there's no heartbeat.

Heard before, pregnant again but big fresh blood bleed today, so I expect to hear again at next scan (EPU can't fit me in to Wednesday to confirm).

PigletwasPoohsFriend · 20/10/2017 19:24

I wish I had never had you. I don't want to see you again

Said to my fantastic DSC by their mother. She hasn't contacted them or seen them since.

Wetwashing00 · 20/10/2017 19:30

I’m sorry but your fathers body was found earlier this morning.

Said to me by a police officer

confusedlittleone · 20/10/2017 19:34

"His condition is a lot worse then we first thought"

Said about my youngest Dc

user1472333009 · 20/10/2017 19:37

"you may lose your leg"
said by a doctor after I was diagnosed with a severe DVT.
I didn't but it will always stay with me & the fear of a recurrence.
On another note I've done things since which I wouldn't have dreamt of doing before.

CPtart · 20/10/2017 19:41

"It's not looking good". My brother to me after a police phone call as we raced across the country to A+E where my DM had been involved in a car accident. We didn't know she was already dead.

theluckiest · 20/10/2017 19:42

Gosh. All human life is right here in this thread Flowers

'Yours is the first face I want to see in the morning and the one I want last thing at night' from now DH. The moment when I realised our harmless flirting had gotten serious Grin

'We're coming home. Forever.' My beautiful friend - they emigrated to Oz 7 years ago and she rang me last month to tell me this!!

Timepasses · 20/10/2017 19:42

“ it’s a different road than you thought you’d be taking “ when ds1 was diagnosed with autism

Everything will be alright in the end. If it’s not yet right it’s not yet the end. Flowers

PoundsShillingsPence · 20/10/2017 19:43

October 2003 "I'm seeing someone else" said by exdh after 16 years of marriage.

It was the turning point for me to walk away from an emotionally abusive marriage - at 36 I thought I had missed my chance of having a family (exdh infertile) but out of the blue I quickly met dh and one year on from hearing those words I had divorced exdh, married dh and had just found out I was pregnant.

TwinkleTwinkleLittleEtoile · 20/10/2017 19:43

Bad - "it looks like a probable lymphoma of some sort." And then I lost the person closest to me a few months later.

Good - "oh look, two heartbeats." And then I ended up with more children than I ever thought I'd have.

battenbergbutterfly · 20/10/2017 19:47

I just don’t want a baby - said to me by my partner of 11 years after we found out I was pregnant. I had an abortion.

I just don’t want to get married and conform. Said to me by the same man.

SellMySoulForMoreSleep · 20/10/2017 19:48

‘I’m ok with this’ said to me by my 40 year old friend who was dying of cancer, leaving her DH and two DDs ages 6 and 4. I’ll never understand how she managed to get to that point. She died three weeks later and over a year on from her death I dream about her at least once a week.

battenbergbutterfly · 20/10/2017 19:48

It’s back - said to me about my 3 year old son when his cancer relapsed

x2boys · 20/10/2017 19:56

Your sisters dead we are arresting you on suspicion of murder said to dh by the police (she actually died of sepsis) but because of a whole load of lies by herself and her daughter it lead to 10 months of hell.

Bangkokbaby · 20/10/2017 19:57

'How have you been feeling...... because there are two in there'
Said by the sonographer at my 12 week scan!
