To ask what PMS symptoms you get each month?

Just that really. Want to see if mine seem normal compared to other people.
Some of mine include:
Sore nipples
Gassy
Constipation
Mild cramps
Anxiety
Mild dizziness

Do any of you get diarrhea BEFORE your period, or only during?
And i agree that these symptoms, especially the mental health ones, should be discussed in schools so teenage girls are well equipped. I had zero knowledge of PMS until my adult life

Yes. I sometimes get it before.
