@LoudestRoar, F1 ignored OP's calls but did speak to F2 & F3 who very kindly offered to help out by paying a third each so that OP wouldn't be out of pocket and F1 wouldn't lose face with the PTA. She rudely refused this offer. OP wrote to the school/PTA and had a conversation with them explaining that she hadn't made the offer but would very generously offer an updo instead and PTA person said they would have words with F1. F1 suddenly remembers OP's phone number & sends her & her DH several texts asking what's going on. OP keeps her in suspense (ha!). Now F1 is en route to OP's salon for 'words'. We're all on the edge of our chairs!!
