For me it's a kebab, so many people wouldn't touch it, but I love that grey, greasy meat 😂

I'm veggie now, but before then I'd happily eat liver, heart, kidneys, black pudding, the lot okay, maybe not tripe. Black pud especially. It was divine.

Yes also to faggots and sprouts. And any shellfish bar whelks - chewy and tasteless

To all my prunes/dark chocolate lovers out there. I’ve got good news for you. Poles do amazing chocolates with prunes in it. Go to a Polish deli if you have one near and get it. AMAZING!

Yes to dark chocolate & prunes

I but the 85%dark chocolate from Lidl and break two squares into small pieces and eat with lovely squishy prunes.

Spam fritters or haggis from the chip shop 😍 I am partial to a greasy kebab as well - especially with gravy on!

Oh, and bread sauce! One of my favourite parts of Christmas dinner.

Cheddar cheese and raspberry jam sandwiches. I would be delighted to discover that this is a Thing elsewhere in the country because everyone I’ve ever known thinks I’m bonkers. But it’s DELICIOUS!

Coffee revels, Brussel sprouts, strong cheese eaten at the same time as chocolate, tomato ketchup all over a roast dinner, kebab meat with raw onion and chilli sauce, cold Heinz spaghetti straight out of the tin (the long stuff not the hoops that's disgusting ). Probably loads more, I do love jam and cheese sandwiches both toasted and normal too. People often look at me like

Not so much food but how it's eaten..... I prefer food cold, even in winter. Cold plates, cold meat, salads...
I also like vinegar and have it on lots of foods including some drops of it to flavour a bowl of soup.
I also like meat fat and bacon rind (not crispy either) and wonder why people cut these bits off, they're the best bits!

It's a nostalgic thing for me I think. DM used to make DF one every friday evening when he'd finished work with two slices of bread and butter. He always used to make a sandwich out of it and then split one of his sandwiches with me and Dsis.

A yoghurt beverage, made with plain yoghurt, ice-cold water and salt, mixed, mixed and mixed until it looks like a foamy white concoction and added a sprig of mint leave on top. Quite refreshing. Tasted it whilst on holiday in Turkey.
