I always said I was going to age naturally.
Until - early 50s - I start to look like shit.
Deep crows feet - didn't bother me til they started to creep down my cheeks.
My chin has got those strange wrinkles that Gordon Ramsey had before he got filled.
So, tell me what you've had done and were you happy with it.
Please.

Is a tummy tuck for getting rid of excess skin? Like what Lisa Riley had?

A full tummy tuck removes any loose skin and tightens up your abdominal muscle wall again, so it's pretty major to recover from but you get the best results. AFAIK you can also have just an apronectomy type op to just remove the skin, sometimes called a mini tummy tuck. You get a scar line with both, but I'd rather that than overhang any day.

Ah! I get it. I watched the Lisa Riley documentary and thought the scarring looked quite pronounced but I guess they will fade and I understand why it is preferable to loose skin. I didn't re-call her referring to the op as a tummy tuck, for some reason I though a tummy tuck involved fat removal.
