To lie on my CV

I was once escorted off the premises of an employer. Wasn't even allowed to put my stuff in a bin bag.

The boss had it in for me, and I gave him an excuse.

Anyway, I need to be more positive, so I tell people my employer said I was "fired with enthusiasm"

Anyone got any helpful advice or constructive criticism?

What other phrases could be used?

What the hell did you do to be fired in such a way? I'd never mention it on my cv (or ever again, how embarrassing).

Do not put that on your CV just put down the date you left, if they ask say you wanted to purse new challenges (on the dole admittedly but thats a thing).

Please don't take it to heart. Nobody got hurt. The employer was a ghastly bully.

I didn't know anyone could take it so personally, especially someone who wasn't there and wasn't involved and doesn't know either party.

I try not to judge people. And woe betide anyone who I suspect of being judgemental.

Yes just put dates. And reason for leaving fixed term contract
I assume you're not going to nominate them as references, and under data protect laws potential employers can not ask for a reference if you've not nominated them

Surely you just list where you worked, the dates from/to and list what you did there??

Honestly do not mention it. You will be judged by potential employers. It would raise massive red flags and would call your judgment into question.

I learned from my experience of being fired. I like to create a relaxed atmosphere at work. In fact, I have to be the most relaxed guy in the room.

And if I tell you this. If I see anyone who doesn't look relaxed, their feet won't touch the goddamn floor

Never put your reason for leaving any job on your actual CV. If they want to know, a prospective employer can ask you at interview. And FFS don't say you were escorted off the premises.

Haven't 'taken it to heart', just utterly perplexed as to why you'd have to mention it at all. To any, ever (unless drunkenly regaling the time you shat on your evil boss' desk and got caught....). I still don't quite understand why you had to leave in such a dramatic way, as opposed to quitting like a normal person, but I doubt we will get the full story here. Just don't mention it on your CV, if you have any sense doubtful .

I would not mention the getting escorted off the premises. If I saw that on a CV it would immediately go into the no interview pile. If I heard it in an interview the person probably would not get the position. Put the dates you worked there and nominate your referees. Then hope your potential new employers don’t contact your old boss to check you actually worked there between the periods stated and your old boss doesn’t tell them you were escorted off their premises.
