Maybe it's just me, but I'll kick off with:
Booby monster (or any kind of 'monster')
Figetbum (not seen this often, but it is so horrific I can't forget it)
Snuggly cuddles (see also milky cuddles, and sleepy cuddles or snuggles)
Newborn, used as a noun, not an adjective - as in my newborn, not my newborn baby.
I'm sure I will think of some more!

OH and DH make me cringe. Even more So when people post this on social media e.g. on facebook.

Redglitter · 25/09/2017 19:34

The idea that a spa day or a cup of hot sweet tea will fix absolutely anything

PurpleDaisies · 25/09/2017 19:34

Hot sweet tea is disgusting.

Firefries · 25/09/2017 19:41

Big girl panties

Firefries · 25/09/2017 19:41

Just having some fun. What can we say?

bertsdinner · 25/09/2017 19:42

The word "vile", really over used on here.
That little face thing with the raised eyebrow.
The phrase "call it/them out". Not just on here, it makes me think of 8 year olds arguing.
"Nope/yep/yip", at the start of a sentence.

StarHeartDiamond · 25/09/2017 19:45

For any emotional issue involving someone else: "You need to sit down with them and have a heart to heart".

Why does it have to involve sitting down? I can have a perfectly good conversation standing up. Ok I know it's a turn of phrase but it sounds so 1970s Jackie magazine.

Also, I don't want to have a heart to heart with my colleague or whoever. My heart ain't going anywhere near the twonk who upset me.

tippz · 25/09/2017 19:45

Dunno what has been said as I haven't read the full thread.

I hate

NAICE.

It really boils my piss.

blueyacht · 25/09/2017 19:46

"Squishy newborn snuggles" makes me feel sick

tippz · 25/09/2017 19:47

'Big girl pants' annoys me too.

And 'give your head a wobble!' That makes me Angry WTF does it even MEAN? It sounds horrible!

Persemillion · 25/09/2017 19:55

norkage

Even worse than norks

allthegoodusernameshavegone · 25/09/2017 19:55

I quite like meh

Laquila · 25/09/2017 19:57

"Milky cuddles" is dreadful.

"You do realise..." - AAAAAAAGH.

Unnecessary drip-feeding. I mean, I'm not expecting everyone to summarise every aspect of their life in each OP but "I'm so tired cos my husband doesn't help with childcare"/"Leave the bastard"/"Yeah but he is in a coma though innit "...that kind of thing is irritating.

highwoodwitch · 25/09/2017 20:00

I'd be telling them to .... instead of I'd tell them to ....

Don't do the Pick me dance - guess this is a special Mumsnet dance.

LassWiTheDelicateAir · 25/09/2017 20:01

It really boils my piss
Pearl clutching
No one batted an eye lid
D as in the acronym for "dear"
Thrown under a bus

PutTheBunnyBackInTheBox · 25/09/2017 20:09

Trump.
Especially when it's on a thread with a HILARIOUSLY CLEVER title.
Fuck off to politics.

CakesRUs · 25/09/2017 20:11

Hun.

affectionincoldclimate · 25/09/2017 20:40

@cathf

I think people are living a fantasy life on MN sometimes, when they are confident, striding and take no shit from anyone.
In real life, they are actually nothing like that

^This.

Which is why a response to all marital disagreements, no matter how minor, is LTB. Granted, it’s deserved sometimes but where OP presents a situation where a conversation with the DH in question would be the first port of call, the LTB will get called quicker than “Have you spoken to him about it?”

Sparklingbrook · 25/09/2017 20:47

How have I been on here 6 years and never seen 'milky cuddles'? Not that I am complaining. Yuk.

AmysTiara · 25/09/2017 21:09

My worst isn't specifically a MN thing but I see it here all the time on any thread about Donald Trump.

It's willy waving. Ugh. it brings awful images to my head of massive penises swaying about. Blush
