Do yours come home? Do you get angry if they don't?

OP you still haven't said what the actual problem is - does she want you there for 12 days?!

thekittensmittens76 · 21/09/2017 17:39

She wants me there for like the whole month... I only get 25 days holiday a year!

Is this the first time you've had working holidays? Is she used to you having student holidays? If so, then she'll just have to learn to adjust. Three days is pretty good for a Christmas stay.

OP that is beyond crazy, even if you are in London and she is in Sydney.

Oh god my dm last Christmas had an absolute fit when my brother said he was going to his in-laws for boxing day dinner. Once at his inlaws for boxing day in years. Dm has been doing Xmas morning breakfast and boxing day dinner for over 20 years but she demands it every year. She was in tears Christmas is all ruined as no one was going to be there on boxing day for her. I guess my dad, my sister's family, my family and I are all meaningless...haha. she did see my brother christmas eve, christmas day and boxing day morning. Apparently it's not enough.
