AIBU to suggest to a man at the gym that he may have the clap

Last few weeks at the gym I've noticed one young lad evidently having problems with his lower regions. His hands are there more than on the weights so I assume he has some discomfort from an infection, or such like. Would it be unreasonable to discreetly leave the VD clinic phone number on a post it note on his bag, in case he hasn't thought about getting help yet? It's clearly really interfering with his life and not clearing up of its own accord.

HoneyIshrunktheBiscuit · 18/09/2017 19:12

Do it op Grin

DO3271 · 18/09/2017 19:13

Grin Do it! If nothing else it will let him know other gym members are noticing how much he's playing with himself! Not pleasant in any circumstance

NotTheDuchessOfCambridge · 18/09/2017 19:18

Do it OP, and let us know what happens Grin

pastabest · 18/09/2017 19:19

Err it could be absolutely anything! Psoriasis, eczema, a change of washing powder, lice.

I think you should demand he drops his pants and lets you examine it so you can make a full medical diagnosis Grin

In all seriousness unless he is wiping it all over the gym equipment it isn't really your problem. If he is uncomfortable at the gym then he will be uncomfortable in other places too and his friends or his mum will intervene at some point.

SoPassRemarkable · 18/09/2017 19:21

Uggh. Is he handling his tackle through his clothes or putting his hands in his pants? Because if it's the latter and then he's handling the gym equipment that's a bit gross.

NachoAddict · 18/09/2017 19:22

He might jusr like touching it, I have noticed a lot of blokes feel the the need to check its still there.

luckiestgirl · 18/09/2017 19:23

I'd assume shaving rash

Winteriscomingneedmorewood · 18/09/2017 19:26

Follow him around spraying antibacterial spray on him.
Or flash with Bleach. .

lljkk · 18/09/2017 19:27

yanbu

Theresnonamesleft · 18/09/2017 19:27

I would say something. Quick note in his bag

ilovesooty · 18/09/2017 19:28

I'm amazed at what some people will look at and post about.

Celp28 · 18/09/2017 19:28

I imagine that's it's maybe shrinking and he needs to check it's still there....? 😂

toocool4cats · 18/09/2017 19:35

Ha ha of course you should and while you are at it ask him how many people he's sleeping with, what his personal hygiene routine is and offer to accompany him to the STD clinic! The least you could do for a total stranger at the gym . Or not .......

Mushroomburger17 · 18/09/2017 19:37

It's the fashion now though, innit? Where did it come from?? In public!!

f83mx · 18/09/2017 19:38

Missing the point I know but how were you planning on getting the note into his bag??!!

OhGood · 18/09/2017 19:42

Brilliant.

Tell him if he supplies pictures and a full list of symptoms we will diagnose him.

expatinscotland · 18/09/2017 19:43

Maybe he's the boyfriend from the other thread, the one with too much hair on his shaft and the hair is getting caught and causing him discomfort.

CopperHandle · 18/09/2017 19:46

I presume the OP is making a joke as this lad clearly has no manners.

Do it, OP! Grin I can't bear Crotch Snafflers.

PutTheBunnyBackInTheBox · 18/09/2017 19:46

And you just happen to have the number for the STD clinic...?

elQuintoConyo · 18/09/2017 19:49

Just go up to him and shout "wakey wakey - hands off snakey!" and leave him too it.

MehMehAndMeh · 18/09/2017 19:49

Maybe he just gets seriously sweaty balls and it irritates.

ScarlettDarling · 18/09/2017 19:50

Please do it opGrin Grin Grin

KungFuPandaWorksOut16 · 18/09/2017 19:51

How would you feel if someone did that to you? You'd more than likely feel mortified.
