Just wondering how other couples spend quality time together. What do you do?

Our kids are older now and he and I love to go on long rambles with our dogs. We explore public footpaths in surrounding villages with flasks and all weather picnics. We love spotting wildlife, particularly birds of prey. We're gone hours!

Also, our work allows us the odd weekday hour to go back to bed! In the middle of the day!

We're so rock and roll!

I need to keep this thread for about 5/6 years til ds is older. Mostly we watch box sets, drink wine (some nights) and eat great food if we can find a babysitter and eat out. See definitely less than DH would like

Get drunk and dance in the living room until 4am then shag and fall asleep on the sofa

Sharing a bottle of wine of an evening when I'm not pregnant (I am currently), going out for dinner together or with friends, safari (we live in Africa), going to the beach (although he surfs, I don't), hiking, watching tv series (Game of Thrones, The Blacklist etc..)...

Unfortunately we don't do enough of the above at the moment (especially safari) as we're about to be parents of 4 kids 8 & under and dh works away Monday-Friday!

At the moment absolutely nothing

Can't imagine sharing a bath - you both must be incredibly skinny or have an extra large bath. Grin

fussy - I love rummikub - didn't know two could play it, will look into the 'rules' again. Smile

Cinema. Sometimes we see 2 or 3 movies in a row.
