To buy all my clothes from the same shop?

I love love love this shop and buy all my work wear and everyday clothes from there. I literally don't buy clothes from anywhere else. Is that odd? Do you think that makes my style really boring and predictable?

I love so many Oasis dresses and tops, but then I get to the neckline and they are a no-go again. Why are they all cut so high, like a governess 200 years ago? If you have boobs, this is amazingly unflattering.

ZenNudist · 23/08/2017 08:31

I dont hate oasis style but associate it withwall to wall polyester and cheaply / badly made clothes that dont was well or last. Sorry!

Used to shop there in my 20s but not any more.

OP im sure you look nice but maybe switch it up. At least add in warehouse to your repertoire. Thats very similar

Crumbelina · 23/08/2017 09:53

I used to love Oasis, but it's a bit too floral and twee for me now and I think the quality has gone downhill a bit - I look at dresses and know they'll fade after a few washes.

I always want to buy from Cos (the quality looks excellent) but I can never find anything I love.

I think the same people who own H&M, Cos and Other Stories (my favourite shop!) are going to expand and open branches of Weekday and Arket. I was in Stockholm a few weeks ago and Weekday looked very Topshop/New Look (so too young for me) and Arket is similar to Cos.

Might just be London openings though - sorry!

Monsoooooooonnnnnn my total fave ❤️💛💚💙

londonmummy1966 · 23/08/2017 10:11

Naked I have avoided Monsoon for years but found some lovely plain linen separates there this year. Sadly the cropped widelegs I've been wearing all summer have now worn a hole so I guess I'm back to TOAST as the quality is so good. Sigh at the price though.

I am lucky enough to have a winter uniform of M&S stretchy knee length skirts in navy or black with a white t shirt and plain navy or black jumper, black leggings (cheaper in the long run than opaque tights) and knee boots. Doesn't work for the summer though.

nakedscientist · 23/08/2017 10:23

I avoid holes by having millions of clothes (sooo bad, I know) and love the Monsoon colours, patterns, materials and shape of their dresses and tops (good for boobs).
OP I'm totally with you!

Maybe I'll become a Toast girl now I am A Mother

dontbesillyhenry · 23/08/2017 14:33

Asong well can you please get on their website as it's very off putting

FirenzeRossignol · 23/08/2017 17:10

I'd buy all my clothes in Desigual if I could afford it!

niceandspicey · 23/08/2017 17:42

Cos looks nuts.
Just tried looking for other stories and I can only find an American website. Am I missing something?

I am basically fat face & joules

Serenrose · 23/08/2017 17:52

I'm also an Oasis fanatic Grin

I was devastated to find they didn't do a maternity range and I branched out to H & M. I was pleasantly surprised and now post baby may actually consider setting foot in other shops!!

I do agree with pp though about oasis being quite floral. Many of my clothes do have similar butterfly/bird/flower patterns. However, I really like their current ZSL and flamingo prints, if only I wasn't on mat leave and broke..... Grin

Crumbelina · 23/08/2017 18:31

Nice, have a look on their website for shipping country (on the right hand side menu with the shopping bag?). Once selected it converts everything to pounds etc.

InvisibleCities · 23/08/2017 19:14

I would like to buy all my clothes from Hush - sadly I am on a Tu budget... It's too sad though, I like a lot of Sainsbury's clothing actually!

SecretLimonadeDrinker · 23/08/2017 20:47

Another Oasis addict here!
