To buy all my clothes from the same shop?

I love love love this shop and buy all my work wear and everyday clothes from there. I literally don't buy clothes from anywhere else. Is that odd? Do you think that makes my style really boring and predictable?

Oh gosh I'm like this with Cos. YANBU. If a brand works, work it hard.

user1494426473 · 22/08/2017 22:25

Bet it's Mint Velvet

BusterGonad · 22/08/2017 22:29

I'm the same Op. I love Oasis. I bought a beautiful butterfly dress last week for £12 reduced from about £40 to £50. I'm obsessed with Oasis!!!

Hassled · 22/08/2017 22:30

I was a walking Zara advert for a couple of years - I've lost the love recently. TK Maxx can be great but it's such a bloody faff to find the decent stuff, which is frustrating because you know the decent stuff is in there somewhere.

OVienna · 22/08/2017 22:30

Boden

PaganGoddessBrigid · 22/08/2017 22:30

It's Oasis! I envy her that her favourite shop is not as expensive as my favourite shops.

PaganGoddessBrigid · 22/08/2017 22:31

AbigailGabble, come here so I can hug you and stroke your soft clothes

elfycat · 22/08/2017 22:31

I'm more M&Co Grin

I like their knee length dresses and get compliments on them. It's what I wear to work (school admin).

londonmummy1966 · 22/08/2017 22:33

Oxfam?

londonmummy1966 · 22/08/2017 22:34

Sorry - that was a joke - is it uniqlo?

Motoko · 22/08/2017 22:37

I've never heard of Cos, so had a quick look. God, their models look anorexic! I'm slim, but even I've got more meat on my bones than those models have.

I wasn't keen on their stuff, but I don't think I'd buy from them just on principle.

MyPatronusIsAUnicorn · 22/08/2017 22:45

YANBU. I really like Oasis. Thinking about it, I've got quite a few things from there, and had compliments on all of it. I only shop in the sale though as it's a bit expensive for me.

BalletFlatsSaggyTats · 22/08/2017 22:47

YANBU, I'm head to toe Matalan.

WritingHome · 22/08/2017 22:51

Pre dc when I had more disposable income I used to buy 99% and sometimes 100% of my clothes in Jigsaw! I still would but don't have one near me now.

I still only buy from about 5 places any they are all on the pricey side of highstreet. I like Jigsaw, Whistles, The Kooples, Maje, Noa Noa, Boden and French Connection (I like FC the least). I am 47 now and don't bother even looking any where else!

WritingHome · 22/08/2017 22:52

I posted too soon - meant to add that I don't buy often but buy quality and wear for lots of seasons as only buy plainer stuff - nothing too datable!

QOD · 22/08/2017 22:56

I'm 90% Fat Face 😂

user1471548941 · 22/08/2017 23:06

As soon as you said that you stalk the New In section I knew it was Oasis!

I am also a walking Oasis advert and walk in the shop dressed head to foot in last month's New In haul...

dontbesillyhenry · 22/08/2017 23:07

Never heard of cos before. Just had a look. Hideous drab shapeless overpriced clothes. Models are meant to make clothes look good and they just can't manage to. What's the appeal? Is it hipster or something?

Squashit · 22/08/2017 23:20

If I had to to shop in one shop only mine would be The White Company.

RangeTesKopeks · 22/08/2017 23:56

Uniqlo? Love love Uniqlo ❤️

ASongOfRiceAndPeas · 23/08/2017 00:22

dontbesillyhenry I make Cos clothes look good.

Runs away

PaganGoddessBrigid · 23/08/2017 01:47

I have one cos jumper with puffed shoulders, v forties. I love it

DavidsGoblinKing · 23/08/2017 07:02

I'm starting to look like a Uniqlo catalogue I think. I hate shopping so I just got several of the same top in different colours.

Confused009 · 23/08/2017 07:25

Pagan it's lovely! Yes I think I've narrowed my shops to Reiss, Whistles, Hobbs, Jeager, sometimes Ted Baker. I have to say like the look of Cos will be checking that one out for sure!

Lovemusic33 · 23/08/2017 08:22

I really struggle with clothes so tend to shop a lot in Next for me and the kids, I don't really like much of their stuff but their jeans, jogging s and shorts fit me well. I would love to find somewhere else to shop as I prefer slightly alternative clothing (I buy a bit online) and hate dressing like everyone else but it's convenient because I know what size fits and I can order online.
