He's sold his story to them (with no need to do so financially) and now the daily heil is now full of gossip about his wife not being around for his release from rehab. I reckon they've got something they're about to spill imminently and his poor wife has just been tipped off.

I'm always amazed that papers will give space to 'out ' a person for being gay ( not that this is particularly the reason for this thread - just some posters speculation ) why the f**k does a singer,actor, tv personality have to announce their sexuality . You don't meet a person generally and say Hi I'm ..... and gay,straight, (or only shag under a full moon ) so why the hell are we even wondering if this is the shock horror big secret to come.

Well, growing some common sense would be a start. For goodness sake, some people ask for trouble and shouldn't be allowed on the internet unsupervised.

Don't know which post you mean, but doesn't surprise me in the slightest - if you report some potentially libellous posts, they don't always give a toss.

Typical example of something that's not newsworthy, not in the public interest and not of any note except to the people trying to deal with it. The vile rag that is The Sun = The Scum and then other lame rags regurgitate it all.

I feel very sorry for Lisa, they've had their struggles with infertility, she's not a public persona, doesn't court it and just goes about her private life and work not pushing herself as Mrs Ant. She could really do without all this, as could he.

Poor Ant & family. I wish the press would leave him alone. Thousands of people up and down the country unfortunately get addicted to co-codamol or tramadol after they've originally been given for severe pain/after operations etc.
They work brilliantly to manage pain (had them myself after several operations) but have some heavy side effects which can make it hard to come off/reduce.
People don't just wake up one morning & think I know I'll become a drug addict!
Slightly off tangent but when my DD (9 at the time) had to be given some Oramorph after her last minor operation (paracetamol/ibruprofen weren't cutting it) she asked if she could have some more as she said it made her feel all soft & cosy.
She wasn't given anymore but you can see the effect it has.

As long as people keep buying tabloids, celebrities will have to do deals with them in order to keep control. It's all so seedy. I suppose we get the press we deserve though.

Notice the Daily Heil article today hasn't changed tack. Drawing attention to how wonderfully happy they both look; clearly Lisa doesn't look happy at all. Poor woman. Looks as if he's turned up to the house to pick up the dog for a walk.

I remember an article in Popbitch which mentioned when there's a big scoop about to break on a celeb, they're in the papers a LOT for inane things. Keeps them talked about and relevant to keep any injunctions at bay - argument being it's in the public interest. Since reading it, this is all textbook. Although a major story has broken already, I feel there's more to come.

In general I'd say the public is pretty unshockable nowadays, what could be so terrible? An affair or being gay aren't that big deals even for national treasures.

I feel sorry for Lisa, it must be awful to be photographed straight off a flight waiting at the airport. I wonder if she was warned that the paps would be waiting for her
