Don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but whatever it costs to crack the safe is definitely worth the money and can be put down as a necessary removal expense.... have you not heard the horror stories about the burglars who refuse to believe that the home owners don't have the combination to open the safe and torture them to try and get it?
