Okay so I wasn't going to post until I'd had some kind of resolution. However, planning called today to ask if they could access my garden on Friday as they need to do some "further investigation" and have another planning official who will be there to oversee it??

They wouldn't tell me over the phone what it was about (it wasn't Nice Planning Lady, it was someone I hadn't spoken with before)

Scone baking plans for this afternoon, will post a pic if I'm not foiled by a potty training toddler playing fast and loose with the rug/sofa/stair carpet... 💩

It has to be raspberry jam with clotted cream on scones for me. Although being from West Cornwall, I prefer splits to scones (splits are called tuffs in the eastern part of the county). Splits are bigger and less cake-like than scones.

Oh the anticipation!! I feel everyone will need buckets of sangria after this.
