A social worker came to my home re..referal ...resulting in her doing a assessment,daughter's 8yr & my boys 14yrs old. (Social worker with my eldest son 29now, was statemeted behavioral needs at school/youth affending team & so to say he was challenging is a under statment !! Its only last 5yrs that i realidatehow so hard my 29yr was to how easyish lol my 8yr/14yr are) the both go to each there dad's weekends so yes its bn easy.
Facts/briefly as can...
Tues...S worker,me,my mum & 8yrs dad. Last 10mins 8yr & 14yr.

Friday....8yr goes to dad's for wkend.
Mind...go to get 8yr but not at school (lives 25miles,bn odd Monday's she's off)
Tuesday...go school to collect her & absent...ringing dad no answer x8 Then 14yr Says SW questions him at school. S47
SW said a person (remupning anonymous) contacted her re assault on my14yr OMG
Wed....8yrs dad home ..no answer..1hr later door answers but police
Takes my tel no & says nds speak to SW & let me no asap.
30mins later he tells me SW said its a between me & dad as he as Parental responsibility. Get solicitor.
I call SW & said same... he's allowed to PR
Meeting me Thurs/moz
Thurs...I go to 8yr school... C if she's at school & if not wot reason dad gave....OMG
(Recording) after 4mins...strangely avoiding my question said well "she is, in her new school Wear she live" OMG ....sorry come again????? Dad called Mon for 8yrs school records.
5mins after leaving school SW texted cant make our meeting today.
Friday....ring SW .....35min chat & finally said dad asked her not to mention school move....absolutely no concern of how my 8yr might b feeling taken from me,her brother,aunt,uncle ect or her school!!!
Meeting me Mon 9am
Mon....my mum,me & SW...tells me she's seeing 8yr at dad's today...I asked if she was gona even mention me ?? No she said.
My Mum ask SW...i think u colluded with him in doing all this...SW replied no I just explained to him his PR rights
Week 2...called 14yrs dad asking normal stuff. Then suggested maybe gd if 14yr staying with few wks ??? Only stuff with 8yr will afect mum & she'll might b bad around 14yr. 14yr dad said I'll speak to 14yr & see wot he wants, she then said "well u do have equal PR so u can just go get him & there's nothing she can do". 14yrs Dad called me after.
He's refused mediation and family conference & SW see no problem or the affect this must & will have on my daughter!!

I can't afford a solicitor and laws all changed so legal aid ..
The SW final assessment has more than 10 totally untrue facts....as well as comments like... "I appear to have no value for education" " that I had not expressed any emotional warmth to 8yr wen observed coming in from school,although there were other adults& children in house at the time"
Not one positive thing about me.
My mum has formally complained about assessment and I'm almost finished with my complaint letter...containing in detail exactly how & why its wrong.
Although im sure this will not be corrected before the 6th aug
I've not seen my girl for nearly 8wks....
There's no help and I don't see how on the 6th this can be fix either.
That SW came in & destroyed my hole world & left.
I just wana curl up & disappear !!
But I've got keep going for... my beautiful 14yr, who misses his...( use to be)... "irritating little sister" so much!!
