OP I have been staring at every potentially listed building I have passed in the Exeter area today, looking out for a bouncy castle !

If they were buying to let, why would they have chosen the bizarre colour scheme? It doesn't add up.
I believe they are planning to live there and were hoping to take over the garden before the new neighbour noticed.

I can hardly believe we're up to thread 7 already, and the protagonists still haven't made an appearance! I'm torn between hoping that they are just eejits, as that's more understandable, and hoping that they're genuine cheeky fuckers, as that's more entertaining. For your sake OP, I hope they're just eejits, as cheeky fuckers are likely to give you more of a headache

Blimey I've been working for the past two days and now we're on thread 7 and STILL NO sign of CFN????

Just wondering if OP lives in or close to a tourist hot spot and the buyers plan on using it as a holiday home or holiday let. Hence access to garden so they can charge more per night/week. Might explain why no one has seen CFN.

Theddlethorpe is great isn't it SexLube. Although MipHound dislikes the sea and it always bloody freezing with that wind. But a great place with the ultimate windy road to get there

Mablethorpe is also ace. Especially the little train and the fantastically cheap cinema!

If they really are developers, then they must have experience of listed buildings, rules, regs, etc.

Unless (and this is my theory) they think they will get away with it because the tacky doors cannot be seen from the street and are hidden from public view. God knows why they thought OP would overlook them though is anyone's guess.
