I can't believe this is the fourth thread.

To summarise: CFN have seemingly done a disappearing act, my friend is now OUTSIDE the shop but still talking to the shop owner man.

We'll need to cast an historical buildings specialist builder who restores the window to its original condition to complete the love triangle. He also has to regularly access the garden through the OPs house, him and the structural engineer come to blows over the size of the lintels and the the OPs heart. I'm thinking Sean Bean.

Penguin bollard thing is from a parking post yesterday or the day before. Neighbour runs a dog groomers in their house opposite, op came home to a car in the drive, asked around and found it to be the car of employee of neighbour - the origin of CFN ( cheeky fucking neighbour) who had told employee to park there. Op asked them to move they said no, she said yes, they said in an hour. This was about 11am ish. They didn't move. The CFN then ran employee home, leaving car on the drive. Op talked to Other neighbours who also had issues with CFN and one neighbour blocked them in overnight - problems with single track road and blocking the car in would block the entire road. So suggestions of penguin bollards to block them in. In the end, the car stayed on the drive overnight but the tyre thieves of the area stole 3 wheels and the employee couldn't move the car. Finally resolved by the CFN telling op that he would only allow his customers to park on her drive and not employees! She's now fixing cctv and bollards to prevent this. Think that sums it up quite nicely, but worth a read if you have a couple of hours to spare. I read every post to 40 only to discover another thread. It took me hours.
