To think that 4 1/2 hours is too long to be waiting on the roadside for Greenflag while I'm with a toddler??

Dont use Greenflag or their sub contractors Kavenagh they kept me waiting at the roadside with a toddler for nearly four and half hours. It was impossible to complain because the complaints system so bad and then they offered me £100 and closed the case off without a full investigation. Terrible terrible service.

Longest I waited was a couple of hours but that was because traffic was literally at a standstill for hours. The second time I used them they were there within 30 mins.

And cover was free with the annual service!
