Trouble is Cave Reince Prebus is not his boss. Scarramucci was revelling in the fact he reports direct to the POTUS which was a real slap in the face for Prebus.

(Excuse spellings if they're wrong for Reince Prebus. In my head I always say Prince Rebus and can't get my brain round his odd name!)
