I think it's cool, it's a woman looking at her kid as she breastfeeds. How do you think it could be improved?

The baby's head is too high to be on the boob, is that your disappointment.

Yes. The hands should be out and the baby unwrapped up, hat off! I thought that as soon as I saw it, I don't think I'd admit to those thoughts in real life... but this is an anonymous forum

Also, don't know how other people were told to hold the baby but when I was BF they said to support with the opposite arm to breast - when I'd been doing it as in the picture I got very sore nipples from Dd pulling in the wrong direction.

I agree. Too clinical, not that I'm saying it should show nipple. However, she does have incredibly pert boobs or a nipple at the top of her breast. It looks more like a mother cradling her sleeping baby.
