Brought a vibrater wand back in January I recently realised I had broken the tip of the charger .so I emailed Ann summers over the weekend I didn't get a reply. Pluss being impaitent I decided to ring them this morning. I asked if I could buy a new charger or where to get one. Woman on the phone told me I could send it back under warranty I kept telling her I had broken it she kept telling me it was fine. They then emailed back with an address to send it to. I asked if I can drop it into the store and got a reply saying they wouldn't except it as I had broken it. I rang back to clarify and ask what I could do the only option was to buy a new vibrater I don't want to do that it cost me over 50 pounds I saved up for it they wouldn't even tell me what the charger was and said they wouldn't recomend I buy one online but of course theree going to say that.
