Theres a CA rally at GOSH planned for tomorrow. What are these people on?

On the gosh post someone has named his consultant. It's been reported by someone else and by me but I don't know if fb will realise that's why it's reported. I Googled the Dr's name and they have videos (pre dating this case) of them doing talks about mitochondrial disorders and seem hugely passionate about it.

JaneEyre70, that is my point exactly the poor kid, its like hes an advertisment for them, except he is dying, but they are too busy waving placards, tv interveiws, radio, mags, papers ect and the poor mite is dying.

I doubt the consultants name was ever a secret.

I don't know how I would react if it were my child, but I've been a little bit close to it with my young nephew at Harefield and, recently, my mother. It's a dreadful thing to go through, but I do wonder if there's something in the theory that they're just putting off the dreadful moment when he's gone and they have to face that final brick wall of grief and loss.

Charlie would have died long ago had it not been for modern medicine, dedicated doctors and the NHS. Talk of killing is just a nonsensical rant.

As far as I'm aware, the court ruled that none of the medical team caring for Charlie could be named. Has that changed?

Medical staff's names have been redacted in the court summations and judgements, so I think the name of his consultant is the very definition of secret?

Surely there'd be some warning of an imminent deterioration? But I agree, that would make a shit situation a whole lot shittier.

I might not agree with Margret but she has as much right to her opinion as anyone else on this thread.

As soon as "we" (by this I mean most posters who feel it's time to let Charlie die with the utmost care and dignity) wish to silence people with an opposing view we make ourselves no better than Charlie's Army who delete all messages that oppose their position.

I think the posts slating the parents on here are out of line tbh. Look at Connie, she is so thin, she looks so completely broken, her and Charlie's dad have understandably completely lost the plot. They are no longer putting Charlie's best interests at heart, but they are no longer rational and are just trying anything to hang on to their little.boy.

The ones who should be ashamed of themselves are 'Charlies Army' and the likes of that bloody pastor who are all just exploiting Charlie for their own ends. And you would think there would be family and friends who are just that bit more detached to be able to be the voice of reason around the parents.

The intervention of the Vatican, Italy, Brazil, Trump and that God damned pastor is just so uncomfortable. It's so obviously just to advance their pro life agenda.

As for those referring to Charlie as a 'chunky monkey' and how strong he looks in those photos where he is obviously suffering a from severe oedema, well you can't argue with stupid but I just want to shake those dickheads and scream 'HE'S NOT STRONG HE IS DYING YOU FUCKING TWAT'!!!!

It's in their bank account. I presume there will be no way of knowing what that money will be spent on, if Charlie is still not allowed by the courts to be moved and he therefore dies in hospital here?

I have just been watching the tele interveiw and it seems she might be thinking that he could be a normal boy with the treatment, well if he gets it and hes not, I hope the people that told her this will get some form of punishment.

thatdearoctopus, that is the wy it is looking, apparently on certain pages it just mums bank account number, then theres crowd funding too, and then all the stuff they are selling, and then the pastor is raising money too.

If you look on the crazy army page you'll see the aunt, laura, ring leading them all. Its barbaric.

muckypup73 she is called Laura, constantly whipping up the crowd, asking for money and deleting people who ask questions, she looks very young, I would think it's misjudged support.

If it's denial or manipulation on the parents part, only they know. But if any of that CA mob cared to read the judgment they will see that even the expert from America was misled by the parents about Charlie's condition, and even the appointed Guardian and independent Paediatrician chosen by the parents were all in agreement of his prognosis, alongside other medical experts throughout the UK and In Barcelona. This is not a GOSH conspiracy. This is a very sick little baby and distressed parents. If people are too thick to look up the details of the case and blindly go along with it then they are just as culpable in this child suffering.

Someone needs to sit the parents down and beg them to see sense regarding this Pastor. He needs removing from this situation because he is exploiting them and that poor baby. His own Facebook page is sickening
