Brilliant result, @fam!

FacelikeaBagofHammers · 05/07/2017 14:25

Brilliant result OP!!

And isn't it easy for them to judge the situation when the other mums are not in the hot-seat! I didn't hear many of them offering to help out.

Fair play to sticking to your guns. Hopefully now they'll all see through WORKzilla now.. crazy woman.

Msqueen33 · 05/07/2017 14:29

Well done Fam. Glad you got to put your side of the story across.

Hope it went well with the senco this morning.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 05/07/2017 14:30

I note their sympathy dried up after it being put to them that they might do it instead

Y-e-e-e-e-s.

Funny, that. Hmm

SchadenfreudePersonified · 05/07/2017 14:33

l do have a medical APPOINTMENT to attend

Is that a medical APPOINTMENT or a MEDICAL appointment, Ruby?

It DOES make a DIFFEENCE, you know.

NoncommittalToSparkleMotion · 05/07/2017 14:33

Ha! Great update fam.

I'm loving the scene of "maybe one of you can help?"

{Abject horror in everyone's eyes}

SchadenfreudePersonified · 05/07/2017 14:33

DIFFERENCE

FreakinScaryCaaw · 05/07/2017 14:35

Grin Good for you telling them to help out.

headinthecloud · 05/07/2017 14:45

Gossip mum is on MN for sure! Brilliant. Well done fam

DarthMaiden · 05/07/2017 14:45

Well she gets full marks for determination- though I fail to see why she thinks slagging you off on the school run is going to make you inclined to change your mind....

Well done fam! Will WORK mum be there at pick up time? Grin

Gudgyx · 05/07/2017 15:10

I've just spent hours reading all these threads, when I should have been doing WORK.

Everytime I see someone say 'fam' speaking to the OP, I keep thinking they are meaning in a banter way, like the young people are just now!

Anyway, place marking, I want to see how the 17th works out :D

Well done OP!

RortyCrankle · 05/07/2017 15:12

Just a thought - I hope WORKzilla isn't the receptionist at your doctor's surgery, fam. If she is I reckon your chances of getting an appointment will be sometime never :(

kali110 · 05/07/2017 15:26

Good on ypu op!!

kali110 · 05/07/2017 15:26

TheSnorkMaidenReturns · 05/07/2017 15:35

Great update. Loving DS' contribution, as before Wink.

MimsyFluff · 05/07/2017 15:40

Me and the DC walked home in record speed just for an update I ran half way back with my 7 year old shouting "mummy stop running my leg hurts! MUMMY", then my three year old screaming "quicker mummy we'll leave her behind!" Followed by my eight year old going "slow down I'm trying to read!" I've been jogging halfway back for weeks today I ran for you OP

redshoeblueshoe · 05/07/2017 15:50

Mimsy - that's the kind of dedication that this thread deserves Brew

RaspberryBeretHoopla · 05/07/2017 15:56

😂 mimsy

RhodaBorrocks · 05/07/2017 16:06

The mental images are priceless mimsy !

These threads have got me through 3 days of sick leave due to cluster headache attacks I feel better now but don't want to go back to work in case I miss something good.
