last night it was almost fucking unbearable standing making a paella for tea. I threw our balcony doors open (we live in apartment) but there's no real through breeze.

I havent taken anything out for tea but intended to make spag bol or chilli... now thinking sod that.

Leftovers from yesterday's Father's Day BBQ. So glad I always over cater.

Fishfunger baguettes with salad in the garden

I chucked 4 peppered steaks onto the bbq tonight and we had them with salad, minted new potatoes and lots of icy water. Took about 15 minutes to fix.

A big prawn salad.
When it's this hot it's anything quick and easy and that doesn't need cooking in the oven.

Taco Tuesday here tonight!

Steak fajitas with guacamole - cooking on the BBQ

Chinese 5 spice salmon with stir fry veg here tonight.

Tuna with chopped cucumber onions tomatoes sweet corn, mayo, Tom purée. Pepper, lime juice in a pitta with some red pepper hummus. Lush.
Partner had the same on white bread
Child had pasta with chopped sausages

Picky tea

Falafel, salad and hummous wraps, followed by strawberries.

Spare ribs in homemade bbq sauce on a bed of shredded 'football lettuce', with new potatoes and coleslaw. Strawberries and full fat yogurt with basalmic and mint dressing, very large G&T.
