As a white Brit, the nearest I've come to terrorist murder was a white supremacist who planted a nail bomb in my high street which exploded shortly after I'd walked by. There are a worrying number of far right terrorists out there, not just targeting ethnic minorities, and even in the U.K. the police have foiled several plots. Fortunately for us in the U.K. they're rarely inclined to suicidal attacks, large bombs are very difficult to make, and automatic weapons are difficult to come by.

And yes there are Buddhist terrorists. I think the Jainists and Quakers are OK though.

The KKK is meaningless unless you live in the US, obviously to those of us who do not comparing a real threat to the KKK is minimizing it in a kind of disgusting way.

Meanwhile in the US there is very rarely a threat of islamist terrorism, and the KKK is a real thing, so perhaps the opposite is true. The answer to that question even in the US is probably pretty situational (where you live, your ethnicity, your socio-economic status etc)

As for Trump being as bad as ISIS by way of the KKK, well to an outsider you have to wonder in what possible way that is true, given that ISIS bombs and drives trucks into our children on purpose. The day after the Manchester attack, two men were killed and one badly injured on a bus in the US. A White Supremacist was verbally abusing two women, who appeared to be Muslim. The men stood up for the Women and were stabbed.

We blocked the EDL, marching in our city (Liverpool), for the third time. They've never got further than the train station.

Their opinion is that anyone that disagrees with them, should be deported, even if they are White/UK born. That's not their real opinion, they'd like to smash heads in. The(official) number of people killed by KKK is around 4000. But you need to keep in mind that 1.they were not broadcasting the killings,recording them etc and 2. Many murders have gone "unsolved", what with the police not caring,or even being part of the KKK.
Keeping it to America,then yes the KKK probably killed more people than the terrorists did.

And since it's America,in 2015 more people were shot/killed by toddlers than by terrorists.

I'm sorry, this whole thread is people saying the KKK IN THE 21ST CENTURY (not historically, which some people can't seem to grasp) are at the same level as ISIS, who are currently controlling territory in Iraq and Syria and are conducting real life genocides of Christians and Yazidis, as well as killing hundreds of innocents in Europe, like London on Saturday.
Then people are actually claiming that people on the same level as that actually control the most powerful country on earth right now. You should get down on your knees and be thankful that what they're saying is nonsense, because if it were true none of us would be here right now.

Comparing the KKK to ALL Islamic extremism is very misleading anyway, as you are comparing one specific organisation against a much broader range of different (often competing) groups.
It would make more sense (if you have to compare at all) to compare ALL far right extremism against ALL Islamic extremism.

Even if you do add all those numbers up, what is the fucking point?
Do the actions of Hitler make Daesh seem not as bad?
Do the actions of Daesh make the KKK less reprehensible?
