...on this grey Monday?? (well - its grey and bloody miserable up here anyway!) .... not writing anything much here as don't want to influence guesses.

I'm 5ft10

V bored perma-breastfeeding, so hoping this will provide a lighthearted distraction.

Omg. YOU HAVE AN INCREDIBLE FIGURE.

Strong. Sculpted. Lean.

Throw the scales away and trust your eyes (and Mumsnet!!!)

Splandy · 05/06/2017 09:27

Wow, your legs and abs are great. Did you work out during your pregnancy if you've only begun weight training again recently? How much exercise did you need to do to get to this level and how frequently? I've never had muscle, ever, particularly on my legs. I've been very slim but what I've seen referred to as 'skinny fat' where it all wobbles and nothing is solid. I don't think scales or weight are relevant for you, you're very tall and muscular so I guess much heavier than you might think.

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 09:27

Sorry for any brevity or spelling here..... BF'ing and one handed.

Still spotting few guesses... so I repeat TWELVE STONE.... AGGGGGH Blush

Can totally relate to the 'freaking out at getting near 9st' as a teen and people being shocked at my secret ballast...... yet here I say 3st more .... eek!

Keep doing what you're doing, you look great.

PeaFaceMcgee · 05/06/2017 09:29

I'm your exact height and weight with 34FFs but have a fat tum and no tone. You look great x

KatyBerry · 05/06/2017 09:31

this is yoru shape with a two month old baby??? holy sh*t. Descibe to me your workout routine in great detail, I need to copy. Do you eat a high protein diet?

KatyBerry · 05/06/2017 09:32

(ps Kim Kardashian hasn't been 8 stone since she was 11 years old. I've been in a room with her and that arse, and unless silicone filler things are air filled, she's a good 12 stone at 5 ft 1)

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 09:33

(again sorry for brevity)

Was weight training for approx 6 yr pre preg.
Stopped training at 4 month //was just knackered (thought I was going to be uber smug and perfect and train throughout)
I like to train 5 days a week, but thats just not happening with BF' ing and colic... more like 3 times for 40-60 min. No cardio yet
I am harder on diet.... approx 2000 cals but higher fat and protein. Approx 30fat 30carb 40 pro
I think the BF'ing is a help

but still..... weighing the same as husband... harumpff.

What will suddenly happen to make your life better if that number was 8? What actual difference will it make? Will you be a better mother? Will you be a better person? Will you be a better wife? Will you be a better friend? Will you a better sibling? Will you be a better daughter? Will you be a better employee? Why does it matter? In the nicest, friendliest way possible... get a grip! You are quite clearly fit and healthy and unless you're a bit dim, and I don't think you are, you know very well that that number means nothing. You're fine, just get on with your life Wink

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 09:35

I'm 12 stone 2 and at 5'2" and look like a tellytubby! I want to look your kind of 12 stone!
Throw away the scales, you look great.

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 09:37

youre right flying..... and the whole thing is a bit tongue in cheek and a 'STFU' to 'celebs' and their fibs.... but more people should think like you

UnbornMortificado · 05/06/2017 09:39

I like your tattoos and your "little horror" Grin

Seriously though you look great you had a fecking baby 2 month ago! I was still in maternity clothes 2 months after the last one.

KatyBerry · 05/06/2017 09:42

god, I need to get serious with weights if this is where it takes you. But 60 mins of lifting without any cardio??? isn't that very boring? and do you rotate muscle groups per workout? all free weights or any bodyweight resistance? I am genuinely fascinated so please go into as much detail as you like... people pay that joe wicks fella $$$ to end up looking like that after six months.
(i would guess you're late 20s?? i have an age disadvantage here that's not going away in a hurry, sadly)

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 09:44

I'm 37 on Sun Sad

I'l write up what I do here.... but you can PM me and I@ll clarify as lil man is an angry feeder and is on now, so will be briefish

I'm the same height and weight and I think the lightest I've ever been was 11st 4 when I was 23 & hardly eating. Since dc3 I've only ever got to 11st 10 & that was with a ridiculous amount of effort. I blame it on heavy bones!!

FreeSpiritJen · 05/06/2017 09:53

11 stone to 11 and a half stone??? You look fit and rather toned, so may be heavier than you look; so could be maybe 12 stone.

You are almost certainly between 11 and 12 stone. (IMO.)

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 09:53

diet. Macros at 40 pro 30 carb 30 fat . 2000 cals. I try to keep breaakfast to mostly fat and protein as it helps with hunger control. so Bacon, eggs and avocado is the usual.

I aim to put my carbs in the middle of the day and post workout. I dont really eat any 'white' carbs. If I wanted to lose weight more quickly I'd up fats and reduce carbs.

gahhhh child shrieking... I'll be back

But is your DH relatively small OP? If I was the same as my DH I would be most upset but I am a lot shorter than you and he is a whopper.
Agree with PP that weight is weird. I guessed 71 kilos any you are way over that but not in a bad way IYSWIM.

MovingtoParadise · 05/06/2017 09:58

12 stone!!!!

You look utterly incredible for 12 stone. I just cannot believe it. Any chance your scales are wrong?

I'd have put you at 10 stone.
