...on this grey Monday?? (well - its grey and bloody miserable up here anyway!) .... not writing anything much here as don't want to influence guesses.

I'm 5ft10

V bored perma-breastfeeding, so hoping this will provide a lighthearted distraction.

OP, this should make you feel better. I am actually 8 stone (5ft4) and look a lot worse than you. Your abs/stomach/hips/thighs are so much more toned than mine, and you seem in a lot better proportion than me. I think I'd rather be 12 stone and look like you, than be 8 stone and look like me.

tell me how to get that stomach

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 11:02

wasn't looking for help, and I have thanked people for the nice comments.

When I got on the scale I shat myself. I started to panic. I asked DH (same height to answer someones question) what he thought I weighed. .. he lowballed, but reasoned he was being polite or in fear of hurting my feelings. I suppose I talked myself into being very much overweight based on what I thought I should be allowed to weigh.

The post was to poke fun at my reaction to my weight and see what what people guessed my bulk at.... and if anyone else was feeling similarly annoyed at the scales and it helped, all good.

Celebrity weights are largely bollocks I think - we're sold this idea that if you weigh over about 8.5st you're somehow 'unfeminine' Hmm

At my absolute lowest adult weight, at 5'4 I weighed 10st. I was fit and healthy and running miles every day and I looked amazing. Who gives a shit what you weigh if you look and feel good?

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 11:04

~Norfolk you look great! I'd love to be more petite. Look at your teeny waist and your thighs! You look fantastic, I bet youre a bonafide clothes horse.

It's lovely everyone is being so nice and you do look fantastic but ...

What is this thread about? I bet most women on this site would not have the self confidence to post underwear pics on a public site at any time let alone 2 months postpartum. Why worry about the number? Do you honestly think you would look better 4 stone lighter - of course not, you have nothing to lose, you would look emaciated. What if the scales were wrong and you do weigh 8 stone but look no different- why would that make you happier.

What if Kim Kardashian does weigh 8 stone? She's a good 6 inches shorter than you. Do you seriously want to look like her?

You look great but more importantly you are fit and healthy. Some women 2 months postpartum are still feeling the physical toll of difficult labours/ births. Be glad for your health and stop stressing about a number.

FrenchJunebug · 05/06/2017 11:05

I had a pretty flat stomach at 8 weeks pp Blush.

In my case it was because I couldn't eat much when pregnant and didn't put much weight on. Also breastfeeding helped massively

Starlighter · 05/06/2017 11:07

I would've put u at 9st! You have an amazing body! Your stomach is incredible!! Shock V jealous!!

I've lost almost 2st this year and I'm down to 9st 11 (I'm 5ft 5) but I'm so so flabby, everything wobbles when I walk... Sad

Aeroflotgirl · 05/06/2017 11:08

Blimy you have a gorgeous body, I would say about 53kg.

ShuttyTown · 05/06/2017 11:10

Bettyspants · 05/06/2017 11:10

I'm the same height and am a stone heavier BUT I have no muscle (probably 20 yrs older too) and look obese . I've heard a lot about weights being good for weight loss and as I hate cardio I think I'm going to be inspired....

augustusglupe · 05/06/2017 11:11

Your as slim as me but very toned and muscly. I'm 9 stone 5 so I'm guessing your 10 stone 7

Aeroflotgirl · 05/06/2017 11:11

I am nearly 12 stone, and 5ft 3, and do HIIT, kickboxing at the dojo, and weights and abs, and I look blooming awful, like a fat blamange. I do love chocolate (I am fairly sensible), and watch what I eat for my main meals. I think my grazing is not doing me any favours at all, especially when I am stressed with my dd who has ASD and a very demanding 5 year old. I find my weight goes up in the holidays when the grazing increases.

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 11:12

I'm not stressed about the number now, but I WAS, I was freaking out about it and for a few days it was on my mind a lot and I was looking at cutting back more, and I think its pretty shit we're almost supposed to feel this way.

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 11:15

Aeroflotgirl I'd love to try some sort of martial arts training, do you rate the kickboxing

Can totally sympathise with the grazing when stressed with kids, I find myself getting quite grabby and snacky when the little man's colic is at a peak. I bloody love chocolate.... its my go to too!!!! :)

Boobs are heavy. My friend and I are both five foot nothing. She is tiny slim, size 6, but with whacking great norks. At a size 12 with no boobs I weighed less than she did. We were both really shocked.

BTG3385 · 05/06/2017 11:15

I actually thought about 9 st but only due to height. I think you look a bit skinny and could do with putting a bit on! Grin

MaidOfStars · 05/06/2017 11:19

TWELVE OF THEM [BLUSH]
Oh give over with the disingenuity.

Nobody watches their diet like you and gets a figure like that without understanding exactly how muscle affects ones weight.

Aeroflotgirl · 05/06/2017 11:19

Oh back I love it, it is so encompassing, cardio, core strengthening, fitness. Try it, very addictive. I have just done my orange grading, and working towards green at the moment.

Aeroflotgirl · 05/06/2017 11:20

I have been doing HITT, abs, body shaping for 3 years and at first my body looked good, now it just looks crap.

Aeroflotgirl · 05/06/2017 11:21

No wonder, your 5ft10, when your shorter like me, you just see the fat.

VladmirsPoutine · 05/06/2017 11:24

Shutty Why the biscuit?

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 11:25

Maid I was incredulous and in an utter panic haha! I weighed myself at the gym and span round to see if anyone saw the screen!!!

I had a bit more muscle than this pre preg and was a stone lighter ... I blame milk storage, well I'm trying
