I think we posted about it on here weeks (or possibly months ago) gump. Right after he was seen having a cosy lunch with trump and co followed by a little tea with their mutual friend at the Embassy. I wouldn't give Mensch any particular credit for making that connection.

It's a nonsense word, put up to see how many people talk about it. ('Honestly, DJ, you could tweet anything and they'd be talking about it. Just look at your Twitter ratings. They love you - and even if they don't, they're still talking about you. They never paid attention to Obama in that way.')

I'm a little concerned about the reaction from Spicer about that tweet.
