Looking forward to next Thursday then! I'm hoping he opens up bigly. Even if he was fired, there are still restrictions on what a former federal employee can say. You can bet the GOP on the Intel Comm is going to be phrasing their questions in a way that makes him have to say "I cannot answer that question" or words to that effect. Hopefully the Dems will do the opposite!

I'm not at all surprised by the Bannon thing. Trump could give a rat's ass about civil rights and equality. I do wonder, though, if Bannon threatened to desert Trump's 'ship of state' and this is a sop to keep him there. I'm sure Bannon has enough 'inside intel' to torpedo that ship but good! It's pretty well known that Bannon's Breitbart 'fans' are not very pleased with Scrotus since there are still 'others' in the US, no wall has been built, and they haven't yet been given that six figure 'good job' with (gasp) healthcare that they were promised.

From what I understand he might not be able to answer some questions in a public hearing, but they can hold restricted meetings if necessary.

I'm hope they will, Lweji! I can't imagine they'll let this drop with a load of 'I can't answers'.

It would be nice to get a lot of info 'out there', not just for those of us who know the 'truth' as it were, but so the 'Trumpettes and Trumpalos' will be faced with the facts.

But then again, I guess they'll just say he's lying, it's 'fake media', or accept whatever bullshite explanation the regime comes up with. Sigh. You can't argue with stupid.
