Have you changed your mind about him?

*Research it yourself.

My point was about Corbyn being a disgusting terrorist sympathiser. Which he is.

Thank god TM is going to win*

🤔 TM was doing what exactly in Saudi Arabia? I suggest you do your research.

ghostyslovesheets · 29/05/2017 22:43

TM - who voted against the Good Friday Agreement - that TM?

Butterymuffin · 29/05/2017 22:44

I am an anti-Corbyn, usual Labour voter. I thought he did very well tonight and stayed calm under pressure. On that showing he comes off looking live a better Brexit negotiator than May.

BusyBeez99 · 29/05/2017 22:50

He came across as arrogant.

SignoraStronza · 29/05/2017 22:52

YANBU.
Can I just remind those of you who are blethering about JC being a 'terrorist sympathizer', that the Tories have an former actual IRA member as a serving councillor.

YouTheCat · 29/05/2017 22:54

Exactly, Signora.

April229 · 29/05/2017 22:56

For those worried about Abbott, are you not more worried by Hunt and Johnston??

20nil · 29/05/2017 22:59

Jesus, who wouldn't rather have Starmer negotiating Brexit than the three stooges?

Lesley1980 · 29/05/2017 22:59

I thought he was really good tonight. Not the man I read about in the press.

LittleLionMansMummy · 29/05/2017 23:03

Funny that now he's finally getting some unedited airtime people are warming to him. I agree op, I liked him more than I thought I would. Although I am a lifelong Labour supporter I hadn't until now actually liked him and was considering changing my vote. Not any more.

Guepe · 29/05/2017 23:05

I thought he was really good.

I've been Theresa Maying between voting for Labour of Lib Dem, but the Labour manifesto and Corbyn's performance have me firmly in the Labour camp now.

Boulshired · 29/05/2017 23:08

I thought they both came out of it pretty crap. I feel very partyless.

MyDarlingWhatIfYouFly · 29/05/2017 23:09

@vinoandbrie

The Tories have a councillor who is actually ex-IRA though. That's ok though, because she's Tory.

phoolani · 29/05/2017 23:11

The problem for corbyn (and I'm not a fan, but not not a fan, either iyswim) is he tries to talk like a grown up talking to other grown ups,but he's talking to people who talk in sound bites or people like paxman who just want an argument for arguement's sake.

christinarossetti · 29/05/2017 23:11

Yes, she resigned about 10 years ago, then was welcomed back into the fold.

Jupitar · 29/05/2017 23:13

I've been Theresa Maying between voting for Labour of Lib Dem

GrinGrin

deeedeee · 29/05/2017 23:13

the whole terrorist sympathiser thing is so painfully transparent and childish. Ofcourse you have to talk to people that you disagree with in order to resolve conflict. Surely a viper's nest of LTB's know that? Just like being able to negotiate reasonably with your cheating ex for the sake of the your children doesn't mean you don't think they are a bastard. I wish the people harping on about that would grow up.

Short memories when it suits Confused

Coastalcommand · 29/05/2017 23:19

I thought he was very statesmanlike. He's certainly got principles, and I think he's becoming a good leader. Much more so than May.

Coastalcommand · 29/05/2017 23:22

I like that when he's asked a question he answers clearly and doesn't mess about like most politicians. Theresa May is awkward and seems very uncomfortable, as though she's scared of forgetting the thing she's rehearsed. It doesn't seem as though she believes what she says.
He comes across as the better leader.

Whistleblower0 · 29/05/2017 23:23

What's with all the gurning with may? What an absoloutely charmless women.

CherryMintVanilla · 29/05/2017 23:32

My point was about Corbyn being a disgusting terrorist sympathiser. Which he is.

Which he is not.

ghostyslovesheets · 29/05/2017 23:33

very short - Douglas Hurd met Gerry Adams and others in 1977 ...7 years before 'terrorist sympathiser' JC did

deeedeee · 29/05/2017 23:50

and he said that he condemns the IRA many times.

deeedeee · 30/05/2017 08:26

I am very impressed with the strength and dignity he has shown after such a sustained attack on him by the media, the government and some of his own MPS. He is staying on course and keeping his head held high with good humour, sticking to his beliefs and not resorting to name calling or denigrating others. He is definitely the person I want negotiating brexit.
