His little shirt

DH picked a shirt from my Next catalogue and I went to pick it up for him. He was at work. So I sent him a picture and said I'd picked up his little shirt (it was for a night out). His mate saw the message and laughed at him and later on sent him a photo of the shirt we was wearing for the night out and said "here is my little tattoo showing shirt".

DH says I've made him a laughing stock but the Dawn doctor often picks up clothes etc for her DH and he doesn't react like this.

Right I get the shirt part, the first one was too large so you collected a smaller size and referred it as his little shirt. This has caused his mate Dean to rip the poss out of him.
Is that about right?
Still no idea who/what Dawn doctor is though! Confused

To be honest the tattoo and dawn doctor is all irrelevant, I shouldn't have mentioned it. It's more about the text messages.

Dean has tattoos on his arms so he bought a short sleeve shirt to show them off.
