His little shirt

DH picked a shirt from my Next catalogue and I went to pick it up for him. He was at work. So I sent him a picture and said I'd picked up his little shirt (it was for a night out). His mate saw the message and laughed at him and later on sent him a photo of the shirt we was wearing for the night out and said "here is my little tattoo showing shirt".

DH says I've made him a laughing stock but the Dawn doctor often picks up clothes etc for her DH and he doesn't react like this.

You want to use the word small - little is for children, small is a clothing size. You made him sound about 5.

BUT - as you did him a favour, then he should just suck it up and enjoy the night out. If his friends are teasing him mercilessly rather than just some gentle ribbing, then he needs to think about his friendship group.

Basically DH bought a shirt, first one was too big so he chose the next size down and I went to pick it up. That's why I called it little but Dean sent DH a picture of his shirt later on and called it a little tattoo showing shirt to take the piss

I think she text her DH, referring to his 'little shirt', his mates saw the text, are teasing him about it. Later one of his mates (Dean) texts him saying to the effect of "here's MY 'little shirt' hahahaha".

I don't think it's that hard to understand, apart from the Dawn Doctor bit.
