Seriously, is there ^anyone^ on MN who does not want Labour to win on June 8?

Come out, come out wherever you are!
I know it will mean you will be attacked and preached at, you will be told you are rich, uncaring and hate everyone except yourself, but will anyone stand with me and admit to planning on voting Conservative on June 8?
I can't be the only one surely? I didn't vote the Conservatives in by myself in 2015!

Well it would help if his team knew their figures before they announce their policies

But what does that matter when it sounds so good

Oh so when giving an interview when discussing their proposals they don't need to know their figures

Oh right ok Corbyn's new type of politics at play again i need to keep up

They are so fucking useless it's embarrassing I would tear up my card if I wasn't hanging on to vote the idiot out

You are again making assumptions Fanjo that people showing any scepticism towards this are swivel eyed austerity Tories.

I don't want austerity back ta, it didn't work and it's got us into the mess we are in today.

And I'd rather cut my fingers into bloody stumps than vote Tory.

I am cross and disillusioned with the whole bloody show.

EnthusiasmIsDisturbed · 10/05/2017 19:18

I never said England was broke

But we are going to go through difficult times as we leave the EU

Why would I have a labour membership card and was holding on to vote the idiot out if I was a Tory

He is a gift to the Tories

I do see your points Fango but you have to put up a credible front bench to sell the figures and Abbott and Raynor are not briefed and seem clueless

Notanotherelection · 10/05/2017 19:29

Enthusiam is no Tory and neither am I but I think some here for whole Cameron can do no wrong are not labour either.

TessTube · 10/05/2017 19:31

So Noam hasn't bothered to read up on the local election results

Momentum yes of course they have done so much good for the party heading for a labour landslide you heard it hear first

April229 · 10/05/2017 20:04

Tory least bad?!! I hope you are not in need of NHS, police or schools....

MrsSummerisle · 10/05/2017 20:06

Chomsky is the epitome of a hard-left purist. His quote from the article:

The shift in the Labour party under [Tony] Blair made it a pale image of the Conservatives which, given the nature of the policies and their very visible results, had very little appeal for good reasons.

Tony Blair won three elections in a row, two of which were landslides. But Chomsky would rather lose with the hard left than win with the centre left.

Enthusiasm, the IFS has confirmed the proposed tax increases WILL fund labours policies.
