I'm not familiar with Nick Ferrari because I don't live in London and don't listen to LBC. Surely the best way to deal with a bigotted journalist is to absolutely ace them and show them up. She didn't.

I thought Nick Ferrari was very restrained. He just had to sit there and listen to DA destroy herself. Which she did. No connection with racism.

And she hasn't explained how it will be paid for yet, other than the magic tax tree, which is stripped bare every time JC opens his mouth. Oh well, at least Diane has enough money to send her children to private school.

I haven't actually seen a single decent explanation of how corbyn plans to pay for anything. It's as if he assumes that there is an endless succession of super rich people who'll just lie down and be taxed whilst also setting up more and more high earning companies to be taxed freely too.

Not that some corporations and super rich individuals couldn't and shouldn't pay their way more than they do. But corbyn seems to see it as an easy and endless supply, and it's just not that simple!

The reason I, and others can't abide her has nothing to do with either her colour or her gender, it is because of the utter drivel she spouts and her complete hypocrisy. I also know someone who has had dealings with her first hand - and I won't repeat what they have to say about her!

Diane Abbot is not a victim of racism in this very specific context. Stop bleating and talking garbage. Nick Ferrari hardly said a word. He didn't need to. She is a victim of her own failure to prepare and there's nothing more to it.

I think Diane Abbot thinks she herself is always a "special case" (i.e. Better than the rest of us poor chumps) so the "advice" and lofty condescension she practises don't apply to her. Whether that's failing to vote as an MP in the EU ref, or commenting in such an outrageous fashion about nurses,or sending her offspring to a private school, to whatever else she does that smacks of pot and kettle.

If Corbyn doesn't remove Abbot from the Shadow Cabinet and give her a bollocking (🙈) after her catastrophic turn this morning, then to me it just proves my suspicions that he he doesn't give a shit about the Labour Party at all, and definitely not the General Election.

This particular issue isn't about sex or race, and it's muddied the waters by even raising these points. But even if it were, Diane Abbott has expressed some pretty wrong views herself.

I've always thought she was out of her depth and this has just confirmed it. Not only is Jeremy an incompetent leader but he lacks the talent in his party to form a strong cabinet as demonstrated by Diane's performance today. While I really hate what the Tories are doing to education and the NHS I feel that there's no option but to vote for them because the alternative is frightening.

What she actually said was, 'West Indian mothers will go to the wall for their kids' implying that mothers of any other race or colour don't give a shit enough about their kids to do anything about their education.
