Brother-in-Law

Live in village about 10 mins walk from DH's B + SIL. They spend most of time abroad but BIL comes back regularly to his house: 10 mins away from us.
Despite having home in village he turns up almost everyday "to play the piano" [he has an electronic keyboard in his home] and then expects to stay for supper. No warning at all. Just turns up. If door not locked he just walks straight into our home. Has adult daughter and son with families living locally.
When he needs a wee he goes in our drive (we have 4 loos in the house).
AIBU to want to stop all this?

This was in a fancy gated development in USA, not a 2 up 2 down - I'm sure their neighbour had more than one toilet in the house.

He may have been doing it deliberately to stop groundhogs tunneling under his lawn. Apparently it is a deterrant. I have a friend who used to collect her pee and sprinkle it around the garden every morning :)

Update: DH thinks I should just accept it. Will not confront brother. My options seem to be:

1. LTB as he is a complete wimp
2. Tell him brother not welcome in my home, unless he conforms to "normal" behaviour
3. Confront BIL directly

Any thoughts?

I'd be inclined to confront the brother either way: it's disgusting and disrespectful.

Option 4 ask SIL why she is married to someone who wees on the driveway and scrounges meals?

Option 5 ask MIL what was she doing raising a man that wees on the drive?

Frankly, I'd cut my losses and be off. You deserve better than this.

Go for option 1.
