A pair of nice Levis on a pair of big chunky thighs and a white t shirt does it for me just fine. Can't stand it when men get all dolled up to the nines in skinny trousers etc. The blue suits for weddings is a naff trend, hope it dies soon.

I don't do combats or any military look at all. Makes me uneasy. Hospital consultants in 30/40s near me have a smart non-suit look I like.

A large group of men in black tie has just appeared in the pub I'm in. I have to leave for my next thing. I'm going to miss the kick back moment (yes I know that will actually happen much later this evening).

I think the same principle applies to men and women: if you are hot, you can get away with pretty much anything. When you are average or below average, you have to work much harder on your outfits.

My OH wears skinny jeans, shirts and a thin jumper all the time. And brown shoes or desert boots. What's the issue with brown shoes lol! I think they look smart.

Not keen on jumper and trousers man. I'm not a fan of man in jumpers generally.
Prefer kilts, lycra cycling gear, T shirt and jeans.
Also the guy has a "trying too hard" hairstyle.
